Chlorine electrolysis systems
These plants produce sodium hypochlorite using an electrolysis process with salt as the base material.
The system automatically extracts a saturated salt solution from the salt solution tank, which is then diluted with softened water to the optimum concentration for efficient electrolysis. The diluted salt is automatically transported to the electrolysis cell. There an electric current flows through the solution and produces sodium hypochlorite. The automatic process cycle is repeated until the product tank is filled.

Simple & easy production of a sodium hypochlorite
EASYCHLORGEN and MINICHLORGEN
The sodium hypochlorite systems generate sodium hypochlorite from brine by electrolysis. The sodium hypochlorite has a concentration of approx. 0.5 – 0.8 %.
As the sodium hypochlorite solution produced is very low on minerals, extensive cleaning and de-scaling of the injection nozzles is no longer required. During storage conventional sodium hypochlorite losses up to 20 % of its active chlorine.
The 1 % sodium hypochlorite generated by EASYCHLORGEN and MINICHLORGEN does not require any additives; its chlorine contents remains stable over months.
Process-oriented production, direct storage and dosing of sodium hypochlorite rules out accidental leckage and contact of sodium hypochlorite with the operating personnel.
