Declaration on compliance with the minimum wage law
We hereby confirm that we comply with all requirements of the Minimum Wage Act and, in particular, that we pay our employees at least the legally prescribed minimum wage.
Note: In this context, we would like to point out the following: § 13 of the Minimum Wage Act refers to § 14 of the Employee Secondment Act for the "liability of the client".
According to this provision, a contractor who commissions another contractor to provide work or services is liable as a guarantor for that contractor's obligations to pay the minimum wage to employees. The prerequisite for the client's liability is therefore the conclusion of contracts for work or services.
As a rule, no work or service contracts are concluded between our customers and us. As a component manufacturer, we usually deliver within the framework of pure purchase contracts. Even if, in individual cases, we should configure products according to individual requirements, contracts for work and services are established. According to § 651 BGB these are also subject to the law of sale.
Against this legal background, please understand that we cannot assume any liability releases or grant any far-reaching inspection or auditing rights.
